The Wirral Administration Service consists of 6 administration hubs. We are a supportive, competent and caring team. We aim to provide high quality administrative support services to our colleagues across the Wirral locality to improve the safety, health and well-being of the people within our area.
We have an opportunity for a permanent, full time Administrator to support our Senior Management team.
We are looking for a motivated and resourceful individual to join our team. You should possess commitment to team working and innovative delivery of excellent standards of work.
The successful applicant will be expected to provide diary management, undertake typing of correspondence, reports, agenda and minutes using either Winscribe or copy typing.
The applicant will also be expected to be able to organise and prioritise their own workload on a daily basis to ensure that time deadlines are met and that urgent work is accommodated.
We will ensure that you have access to internal opportunities for development with access to supervision and appraisal.
The postholder will have access to vulnerable people in the course of their normal duties and as such this post is subject to the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act (Exceptions Order) 1975 and as such it will be necessary for a submission for Disclosure to be made to the Disclosure and Barring Service to check for any previous criminal convictions.
