Cheshire & Wirral Partnership NHS Foundation Trust (CWP) are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated and dedicated Band 6 Clinical Lead to recruit to a Band 6 at Ancora House the in-patient child and adolescent mental health service. Ancora house has 2 inpatient wards, Coral and Indigo. They provide person centered acute care for young people aged 14-18th Birthday. Coral ward focuses on assessment and short term treatment. Indigo Ward supports young people with planned care.

You will be part of a supportive multidisciplinary team and you will be required to work on a rotational shift basis, which includes days, nights and twilight shifts. The post offers the successful applicant the exciting opportunity to join this team in providing the highest quality of care for our service users.

The individual must also be able to demonstrate an understanding and application of the 6 C’s in practice, these being Care; Compassion; Competence; Communication; Courage and Commitment.

Ancora House is based on the Countess of Chester Health Park Site approximately 1.5 miles from Chester city centre.
