We are looking for an experienced and motivated Team Manager to lead a dynamic and experienced team. An exciting opportunity has arisen to join an expanding service working within the Complex Needs Service in East & Central Cheshire.
The post offers an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic, dynamic, highly motivated, qualified mental health practitioner with sufficient experience of working within adult mental health. The successful candidate will need to demonstrate strong leadership skills and experience of managing and motivating a multi-disciplinary team to deliver a high quality, safe effective service to our service users and carers.
As a member of the senior leadership team, you will work collaboratively with key partner organisations, service users, carers and clinicians in the development and delivery of services.
This will be a busy but stimulating job; we are looking for a highly motivated candidate with previous experience of managing competing demands and supporting services users and carers who have complex needs.
The position is full time and there will be an opportunity for personal and professional development as well as support from peers and your line manager. You must have appropriate UK professional registration.
